     Challenge
American Tower needed a way to manage requests
and input from multiple regional offices and enable collaboration with respect to its enterprise information systems. Management felt that projects were not being properly prioritized.
     Solution
ProLogic developed a full collaboration extranet application based upon its iCerv™ framework. The system allows American Tower staff and vendors to track and prioritize requests, publish and edit documents, participate in discussion groups, and
share contact information.
