     Challenge
American Tower recognized the need to integrate and organize various processes to eliminate duplication of effort and streamline the flow of information. They needed a highly scalable system to effectively gather and deliver critical information among the different functional areas of their organization.
     Solution
ProLogic designed and developed American Tower’s Contract Management System (CMS) to manage the gathering and reporting of operational and financial data related to its radio transmission tower operations. A large number of additional towers and contracts can be added without increasing staff and it streamlined the monthly billing process.
