Challenge
SmartForce needed a way to automate its
sales rep commission processing cycle for
over 120 sales reps. The system needed
to follow SmartForce’s proprietary, carefully
designed calculation methods, and it needed
to integrate with SmartForce’s existing order
entry and accounts receivables package.
Solution
ProLogic designed and implemented
SmartForce’s Commission Processing System
(CPS). The system enabled SmartForce to
handle growth of over 100% in its sales force
over the next several years without needing
additional clerical staff to support its complex
commission calculation process.
