Challenge
Stanford Group Company (SGC) needed to
automate various manual processes, including
a commission processing cycle that was taking
almost seven man-days of work.
Solution
ProLogic professionals closely examined SGC's processes and
requirements and developed numerous software
programs and procedures. The commission
processing cycle was reduced to
one-half day for one accountant.
SGC has grown over twenty times in size since
the implementation without adding additional
staff in the commission processing area.
