Challenge
Stanford Group Company (SGC) needed to
automate various manual processes, including
a commission processing cycle that was taking
almost seven man-days of work.
Solution
Relying heavily on the ProLogic ProSys™
methodology and the iCerv™ framework,
ProLogic professionals closely examined SGC's
processes and requirements and developed
numerous software programs and procedures.
SGC has grown over twenty times in size since
the implementation without adding additional
staff in the commission processing area.
