On-line Course Authoring Tool Launched by 10th Largest Community College ProLogic announced today that its client, the 10th largest community college in the United States, went live with an on-line course authoring tool developed using C#.NET and Microsoft SQL Server. The college has already seen tremendous benefits from the system including increased efficiency and improved tracking and authoring capabilities.

ProLogic Completes Offline Warehousing Solution for Major Oilfield Services Company ProLogic completed a new advanced offline-capable warehousing system to be used thoughout the world in locations with frequent interruptions in connectivity. The system, which features instances of SQL Server databases integrated with Oracle-based back office systems via database synchronization, went live at its first location in September and will be rolled out throughout the world during the coming months.

ProLogic Corporation announced today that it has recently signed agreements with Halliburton Energy Services in Beijing, China to provide technical staff and services supporting various projects in the Daqing oilfield. ProLogic to begin work on custom ERP solution for Rio Grande valley irrigation districts ProLogic Corporation has entered into an agreement to build a custom ERP solution for several irrigation districts in the Rio Grande valley. The new system will replace several legacy applications and promises to make operation of those facilities more efficient. The system is scheduled to be completed by September 2006.

ProLogic announces expansion of Ukraine Offshore Development Center ProLogic Corporation today announced expansion of its Ukraine Offshore Development Center (ODC), adding an additional office location in Kharkov and expanding its technical and management staff. ProLogic secures CMS deal with TOTAL FINA ProLogic Corporation today announced that it has secured an engagement with TOTAL FINA to provide customized Content Management software for maintenance of web sites for its U.S. operations. TOTAL FINA is the fourth largest oil company in the world with headquarters in Paris, France

ProLogic finishes the year strongly with continued growth. Prologic released its results for the second half of 2004, which included a number of new clients who have been signed during the period, including American National Power, Transwestern Commercial Services, Telegistics, Modern Group, Raptor Technologies, TGS-NOPEC, X-Chem, USPTA, Houston Apartment Association and others.  The period also saw significant growth in repeat business from existing clients as well.  "The second half of 2004 saw a brisk increase in business for us, and 2005 looks to be even better," said Jason Bott, President and CEO.  "We are grateful to our existing customers for rewarding our hard work with repeat business, and to our new customers who have given us an opportunity to show the dedication to excellence that has made ProLogic successful."

ProLogic to Significantly Expand its Operations in Asia-Pacific. Jason Bott, President and CEO of ProLogic Corporation announced that during the coming months it will continue to aggressively grow its operations in the Asia-Pacific region, in particular China. "We feel that the time for expansion in Asia is now, and we are experiencing strong demand for our services in the region as well as strong demand for offshore software development from these facilities. We feel confident about our ability to become a major player in the IT Services marketplace in this region." As part of the expansion, ProLogic will approximately double its sales team and technical staff in the region.

Prologic released its results for the second quarter of 2004, which included a number of new clients who have been signed during the period, including Conservatek Industries, Core Software, Jasper Oil Company, Stolt Nielsen Transportation Group, Ultimate Harvest, and others.

ProLogic Increases Package Customization Capabilities. ProLogic technical staff continue to expand their skills in the package customization area. "One of ProLogic's core service offerings is package customization, helping our customers achieve a closer fit to their business operations using off-the-shelf software. During the first half of 2004 ProLogic is investing significant resources into expanding our capabilities and knowledge in this area," stated Jason Bott, President and CEO. Prologic technical staff recently added a number of new certifications, including Dexterity Certified Software Engineer (CSE) for Microsoft Great Plains, Certified Customization Developer (CCD) for Microsoft CRM, and Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD) for Microsoft .NET.

Significant new business wins, as well as expanded relationships with current customers, helped accelerate ProLogic's rapid growth during the first quarter of 2004.
